New Wallet Return Policy
New Wallet is known for its legendary and exceptional customer service. When purchased through www.newwallet.com, New Wallet’s customer service team will assist you with your return process.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened product for a replacement or refund of the purchase price provided the following conditions are met:
- Product subject to a return request must have been purchased directly from www.newwallet.com
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of original purchase. If your return request is approved, New Wallet will issue an authorized RMA#.
- All return requests must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from www.newwallet.com
- All returns must include an authorized RMA# on the shipping label. Return packages without an authorized RMA# will be returned to sender.
- All returns must be post-marked within 30 days of issuance of the RMA#.
- Customer is responsible for all cost associated with returning product to New Wallet
- Returned product must be unopened and in like-new, resalable condition
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- New Wallet does not pay for return shipping charges
Submitting a Return Request
To request a replacement or refund, please submit a return request through our RMA Form on our Support page. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. If approved, you will receive an email from email@example.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete your request.

Once an authorized RMA# is issued by New Wallet, please return your product to the following address within 30 days of RMA# issuance:

Your RMA # must be marked clearly on the outside of the packaging.
